Berkshire Health Systems is holding an open house on Wednesday, Aug. 28th from 9am to 6pm to show case the completed first phase of the new Cancer Center, which are the new offices of Berkshire Hematology Oncology and the Infusion Suite at the old Hillcrest Hospital.
As a public service, The Berkshire Beacon is promoting this public visit to announce and support our Berkshire County cancer patients and the new medical facility devised for cancer patients.
Personally as a cancer survivor, this is a goodwill gesture for the community and its intended cure. Many families are affected by cancer.
Here is a chance to see first hand this $30 million development and its eventual connection to Dana Farber Hospital, Boston as one of its affiliates.
Tours will be given of the completed first phase areas. No registration is needed, people may walk-in at any time, according to Michael Leary, director of media relations, Berkshire Health Systems
