Lenox School Committee reorganizes

LENOX – Following the recent election, the school committee has done some reorganization.

David Berkel chose not to run for the committee again, and Robert Vaughan was elected to fill his seat. In addition, Michael Moran was officially elected to his seat after being appointed last year, and Veronica J. Fenton was re-elected.

At the Lenox School Committee’s May 13 meeting, the first order of business was to appoint the new officers.

Don W. Fitzgerald was reappointed as chair, while Ms. Fenton was named vice chair (a position formerly held by Mr. Berkel).

Ms. Fenton was previously the school committee’s secretary, a position now filled by Jo Anne Magee.
